FACTS
Josh Henson, a young boy age 12 visited Harriet
Monson’s home to play with her daughter, Becky, also age 12. Josh while playing with Becky pushes her
down and scrapes her knees with blood free flowing. Becky participates in child
beauty pageants.
Harriet was so angry that she keeps Josh from going
home. She holds a staple machine in her
jacket pocket as if it is a weapon to keep him from leaving. She then glues his hands to a wall in her
house with a form of super glue to teach him a lesson.
Josh’s mother, Lisa, comes over looking for Josh. Lisa tries to enter Harriet’s home when Harriet
tells her Josh is not there. Harriet points the staple machine at her through
her jacket and threatens to shoot her. They
get in a fight and Lisa is pushed down the steps and suffers two broken
ribs. A neighbor calls the police.
