I need a Matrix for this paper, as well as a solid conclusion. I am stuck and really need help. Thank you!
Following
research and analysis Google has become the chosen company that will be
discussed in this session long project. Google’s
vision, mission, and objectives will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
Mission
Googles’
mission is“To
organize the world’s information and make it universally accessible and useful.”
(Nussbaum, 2016). There mission, if achieved, will provide everyone in the
world with free access to any information that they may need in this world.
Vision
The
vision statement of any company is a direct manifestation of the nature of
their business. Google’s vision statement is “To provide access to the world’s
information in one click” (Nussbaum, 2016). An example of Google utilizing
their vision is their search engine. Anyone can login to google.com and search
any question, information, person etc. and in “one click” have all the answers
they need.
Strategy
Googles strategic plans
were used to improve the following areas: Google had to remain innovative and
continually improve upon things that were not possible in the companies’
history. The plans ensured the user had the utmost customer care and had
exactly what they needed, when they needed it. Strategic plans show projected
examples to become the worldwide server utilizing partnerships to become
successful. All their services are to be available at any given time, not bound
to any timeline and all devices will have access. Googles’ products are widely
used, which satisfies their mission statement (Google Inc, 2016). Remaining
innovative continues Google’s capacity to be the leader in the industry, which
in turn empowers Google to continually achieve their mission and vision
statements.
Financial
Performance
Every
single year Google continues to grow their revenue. $55.5 billion to $85.9
Billion within a few years (Google, 2017). While they are consistently improving
profits, they have been able to lower their percentage of sales for their Cost
of Goods. These factors led to the
growth in Googles’ bottom line profits.
Marketing
Google
has a very unique marketing strategy. They use technology that allows users to
approach their systems and find the systems very easy to use. The technology
allows for customers to use Google services in unconventional ways which puts
them above the competition.
Internal
Operations and Strategy
Internal
operations and strategies is a team effort. This collaboration is characterized
by driving key, operational and authoritative operations in the organization
and behaviors a few different assignments which accommodate appropriate manners
by which the organization can carry on giving the best of their services to the
clients.
Management
System
Google
deals with its diverse operations and applications through which it gives data
to the clients everywhere by enlisting a substantial number of human asset
framework which deals with the administration elements of the organization
performed at various levels.

Each
one of these objectives will aide with increasing Google’s financial position.
Just one example is; by increasing revenue Google will gain increased
profitability. Overall by acting to reach the target measure, the objective can
be obtained, and not only will the consumer have a better, and faster
experience, Google will experience better financial margins, and a better
working environment for their employees and customers.
