In preparation for preparing and submitting the team’s Final
Project, each week you will create your own consultant’s notes as you observe
various CanGo meetings (via the video episodes/cases).

This week, your team will create a report listing 6 issues facing
CanGo that you gleaned from the week 1 and 2 videos. They should be prioritized
in order of importance. They should be numbered.

The team must then come up with an actionable recommendation for
each of the issues found. These should also be numbered.

Issues and Recommendations are worth a total of 48 points.

Your assignment is due by the end of the week. Only the team lead
should submit your team’s assignment.

Each week, it is the weekly Team Leader’s responsibility to
complete and submit the Weekly Status Report to track the team’s activities and

developing issues with team members who are failing to perform their share of
the work, or to address any other issues that may affect team performance.
Identify your Weekly Team Status Report by using the team letter and week
number as part of the name of your file. For example, for Team B and Week 2,

Final
Report

Based on weekly input, the team will include in its Final Report
details, in priority order, of CanGo’s notable challenges and the team’s
recommendations to resolve those challenges.

In Week 8, each consulting team will submit to CanGo management a
definitive report, with the following considerations and requirements:

Format of the paper (using Microsoft Word):

  • Your
    team report must support your Microsoft PowerPoint Final Presentation
    (presented in Week 7).
  • You
    may prepare other materials (Gantt charts, diagrams, etc.) to support your
    conclusions and recommendations.
  • Report
    length: 2000 – 2500 Words.
  • Font
    face: Times New Roman
  • Font
    size: 12 pt
  • Line
    spacing: Double spaced
  • Margins:
    Left, Right, Top and Bottom must not exceed 1 inch

If you quote or paraphrase from external sources, you must cite
the sources in the body of your documents and add the source to a separate
reference page. Use APA citation format for all assignments submitted for DeVry
courses.

The Final Report must be posted by the Week 8 Team Leader in the
Files section of the Course Menu > Final Reports and Presentations no later
than midnight Mountain Time on the last day of Week 8 (Saturday, Feb. 24)

The file should be named [Team] – [Team Name] Final Report.
