Your understanding and explanation of the design will need to be reinforced with academic research and analysis.
Select an organization with which you are familiar. It can be your own organization. Describe the selected organization management structure. Assess the structure in relationship to people, process, and technology. Provide recommendations to the organization for developing more effective and efficient management system.
Support your paper with five (5) scholarly sources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages
Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
