Assess how globalization has affected

your research about education in France that elucidates the challenges and

by the Bologna Accord, how is France responding to issues of access,
consistency in awarding credits, and study abroad credit transfer? Alternately,
cite problems in higher education leadership that has thwarted such
initiatives.
