Class, as stated at the start of the unit 6 course materials, after reviewing the materials and readings for the week students will:
- Be able to recognize and define the characteristics of learning organizations
- Understand the basic principles of organizational learning
- Have an exposure to changes in modern educational environments
- Understand basic factors of “valuing employees”
Assignment:
Prepare and submit abrief essay on learning organizations. Although there is not a minimum page count, you are expected to address each element of the assignment. Paper must follow APA formatting. Please let me know if you have any questions.
