Do some research and select a current contracts issue.
In a research paper/legal memorandum of 5-6 pages (with at least 5 references, 3 of which must be scholarly/professional sources), do the following:
- Introduction
- Give an overview of the arguments both in favor and against the issue you’re addressing
- State whether you believe each is legaland ethical
- State whether you believe each is good or bad for business
- Give your own position on the issue (be sure to support allof your facts as well as your own ideas and beliefs with appropriate references in APA format)
