Select an article, blog-post, YouTube video or podcast subject that captures your interest and will add to your knowledge and skills about Leadership.
This topic may involve leadership principles from the Kouzes/Posner text, leadership best practices, leadership communication, global leadership challenges, traditional leadership theories, the learning organization, high performance leadership issues, the Leadership Challenge, etc. START with resources listed within the syllabus, with our textbooks and move to other sources. TED talks are a great resource. Each blog must be at least three pages, double spaced, APA format.
