3. A plan for how you will launch the program/project
Who is the target stakeholders of this launch? Where will you conduct the launch? How will you
launch the element of your napkin pitch and make it real? What is your budget for the launch and
what your timetable?
5. Design of the On-Ramp taking into mind awareness, understanding,
consideration, tryout, purchase, use and advocacy.
