Maybe we can try this again 🙂 In this paper (5-7 pages) based on developing a task force to combat human trafficking, develop a proposed solution with a mission (purpose), vision (outcome), future of the project (2-5 years out), and benchmarks or milestones. Identify key leadership roles and management actions/responsibilities to support the task forces. Also include 1)identifying skills needed for effective management of people and resources in a criminal justice setting 2)How to identify poor managerial skills and how to improve them 3) Why are the leaders and their skills important for the task force(s) to successed 4) Why are the benchmarks/milestones important 5)Identify reasons why timelines must be met throughout the future of the project.
