Managers
You are a project manager working in a company that has a central Project Management Office
(PMO). Each month a different project manager is assigned to prepare and present a training
module for the other project managers. You have been assigned to develop and present a
training module focused on what professional responsibility means for project managers.
Prepare a PowerPoint presentation that has the following titled sections. For each section other
than Agenda, Conclusion, and References, explain what this element of professional
responsibility means exactly for project managers and use examples:
Agenda
Technical Competence (2-3 slides)
Continuous Professional Development (2-3 slides)
Fiduciary of Organizational Resources (2-3 slides)
Professional Conduct (2-3 slides)
Responsiveness (2-3 slides)
Conclusion
References (the presentation must reference and cite both the PMI Code of Ethics and
Professional Conduct and the PMBOK ® Guide.
