1. Provide a summary of the overall situation.
2. Discuss the positions of the two parties – what problems are they each interested in resolving?.
3.What are (were) the main points of contention or disagreement?
4. Was there a final agreement? If not, do you think a positive outcome of both parties is possible? Whyor why not?
