Go to YouTube and watch clips of the movie, Outsourced. Pay close attention to clips that represent “cultural nuances and employee motivation.” Provide at least three cultural nuances brought out in the film and differentiate between the portrayal of a typical American worker and that of the typical Indian worker in terms of values, ethics, and cultural characteristics. One of Todd’s goals was to get his staff to work more efficiently. What did Todd realize would motivate his staff to work more efficiently?
