Best Practices Manual: Section One
This week you begin building your Best Practices Manual. The goal of this project is for you to create a working document that you can take with you on the job to help you define the best practices suited to your particular management position. For section one, determine and describe ten best practices for managers competing in the global environment, challenged with diversity, global economics, and social responsibility. Support your best practices with Internet research and your personal experience. Submit your ten best practices to Drop Box 2.1 and place these best practices in the first section of your Best Practices Manual, titling the section “Best Practices for Managing in the Global Environment.”
