Analyse the vision or mission statement, or strategic or operational plan you have found to identify the organisation’s objectives. Describe a project that might be implemented to achieve the organisation’s objectives. Clarify and explain how the project would help to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
Include in your answer whether you could be required to consult with other personnel within the organisation to source information regarding other projects underway
