1. Perform a strategic analysis. To perform an analysis, you must employ the tools of Strategic Analysis introduced in Chapters 3 & 4 of the textbook. Summarizing the facts found in the case is NOT an analysis. Strategic analysis of those key issues utilizing tools and techniques presented in the text (using tables and charts if appropriate).
