After your audit of what the firm is already doing, identify opportunities for improvement. Make up a Green Plan. This should be original and not what the company is already doing. (20 pts)
1. Describe what areas you think management should address. Be realistic.
2. Specifically describe what you are recommending to management. Be feasible.
3. List the resources and funds needed. Use numbers. (Its ok to estimate.)
4. Present a financial statement showing the financial benefits, subtract the costs and show the financial outcome (net cost or benefit) of implementing your Green Plan. Use numbers. (Its ok to estimate.)
5. Describe the expected problems that will arise, and how you might deal with them.
