Forthe Capstone Project in Week 6, you will create a PowerPoint presentation basedoff your Final Literature Review that analyzes a health-related topic or issue.Each slide of your presentation will address one of your Program LearningOutcomes per the outlines below. Be sure to refer to the outline for yourspecific Program of Study.

Onceyou create your PowerPoint presentation, you will need to use the Kaltura MediaUploader to create and upload a narrated version of your presentation that youwill share with your classmates in the Week 5-6 Project Forum. Please refer to theKaltura Media Uploader page located inthe course navigation menu for more information, particularly the informationabout the Screen Recorder.

Slide 2 (Learning Outcome 3): Provide some statistics/epidemiological data relating to your healthissue that frames the issue as a problem.

Slides 3-5 (Learning Outcome 1):Provide a few bullets/facts about your health issue and the populations mostimpacted by this issue. How do the concepts of preventionand wellness relate to your chosen health issue? What are somepreventative strategies that could be used and have been used to address thisissue effectively?

Slides 6–7 (Learning Outcomes 2 & 8): How is this health issueimpacted by the quality of health care delivery? What challenges andopportunities relating to acute and longer health care delivery and service(from patient and provider perspectives) must be addressed in order to reducethis problem? (Find and briefly summarize, in 1–2 sentences, one example frompeer-reviewed or popular press that highlights strategies relating to healthservices being used to address this issue.)

Capstone Project: Week 6 Milestone–Final Capstone Project Presentation and Peer Review

For this assignment, you will be submitting your Final Capstone Project Presentation to Turnitin, (you may need to select “save as”, then save it as a .pdf) and your narrated presentation to the group in the Week 5-6 Project Forum. You will provide feedback to your colleagues on their presentations. Be sure to use the Peer Review Rubric provided in the Course Info area to guide your critique.

To prepare for this Capstone Project:

• Complete your Capstone Project Presentation – following the instructions below.
• Review the Capstone Project Presentation Rubric.
• In the Week 5-6 Capstone Project Discussion Forum, view your colleagues’ presentations if you have not done so already and select two that you will critique.

To complete this Capstone Project:

Create the PowerPoint slides for your Capstone Project Presentation.Follow the guidelines in your Capstone Project Guide for the topics that must be covered in your presentation slides. In the notes section for your slides, jot down the talking points that you will use to help guide your narration.

Note: Prior to recording any narration, you will need to submit a copy of your Capstone Project Presentation to the Turnitin link below.

Please complete the following steps in order:

• Submit the PowerPoint presentation by Day 2 of Week 6 to the Project Turnitin–Week 6 link below.

Next, please refer to the Kaltura Media Uploaderarea in the left navigation bar, for information about how to add media in the classroom for multimedia assignments.

• Go to the Week 5-6 Capstone Project Discussion Forumand use the Kaltura Screen Recorder to create a narrated presentation for upload.
• Share your narrated presentation with the course group by Day 2.
