Project Management
Develop a project network using either: (A) an experience you have personally had, or (B) make up a hypothetical situation to complete the assignment.
To gain full (20 points) credit you must, in a management style report:
- Provide a description of a (the) project that has at least 10 different activities. These activities must have some precedence order to them, and, additionally, some activities that must be performed simultaneously.
- Provide a time estimate for each activity using the PERT time estimating procedure (optimistic, most likely, pessimistic).
- Draw a network for the activities. The network must be properly labeled.
- Solve the network by using ES, LS, EF, LF, and Slack to determine the critical path.
- Provide any conclusions you can draw from your analysis.
Do NOT follow the quantitative analysis approach format for this REW. For this RWE, prepare a management report that addresses Parts 1 – 5 as listed above.
