In this assignment, students will identify an organization that you are familiar with that has undergone a significant organizational change. The paper must clearly show your ability to apply what you have learned about change in this course.
Required Elements to include in the Mini Change Observation Paper:
· Describe the organization, its purpose, size, history, and other pertinent contextual information.
· What was the change you observed?
· Discuss the challenges associated with the change.
· Describe who championed the change process, what organizational members were involved, how the change was communicated, and how the change was reinforced and stabilized.
Required Formatting of the Mini Change Observation Paper:
This paper should be double spaced, 12-point font, and three to four pages in length excluding the title page and reference page.
Title page with your name, the course name, the name of the organization, the date, and instructor’s name.
Include reference page.
Use APA formatting for in-text citations and reference page.
Use a minimum of two references, one of which must be from your textbook.
You are expected to paraphrase and not use quotes. Deductions will be taken when quotes are used and found to be unnecessary.
