the change (i.e. market share loss, competitive advantage gain, loss of the CEO, etc.). Describe the
organizational change initiative; how did the culture of the organization impact the change initiative?
Was the culture impacted? Who were the key stakeholders and what role did they play in the
change? What recommendations would you make to increase the effectiveness of the change?
