United Hospitalities is a company that provides concierge, valet, shuttle, and butler services with Luxury high rise, malls, hospitals and hotels as its clientele. We are in the times of outsourcing when many large companies outsource part of their work to focus in their main business entities. We have decided to come up with United Hospitalities to fulfill the need of many of these big companies. As a team we all agreed that this is a great market for us to target.
The need for our services is in high demand at the moment. In Houston alone, there are high rises all over town, and most if not all of them are looking for hospitality services such as the ones we plan to provide. The markets for the clients that these particular high rises are targeting expect them to provide or offer the services we plan to provide. Most, if not all of this high rises do not want to bare the burden of having so many employees, as this comes with the issues such as scheduling, income, and benefits. If this services are outsourced, contracted companies will have to deal with this issues, and since they are expects at providing this services, money hotels, and high rises will contract them.
The success of our company will be measured by the satisfaction from our clients and the guests, or residents living on these luxury high rises. We plan to high and train great individuals are people oriented and enjoy working in the service oriented industry.
Our company, United Hospitalities can fail if we do not have the right individuals employed. The management of our company and its employees has to be skilled and well trained. The only way we could fail is if we perform badly as a company.
Stakeholders to this project are us, our team at United Hospitalities, our target clients, and individuals that are currently living this high life.
The budget that we came up with as a group is at the value of $ 75 000.00 to start our business. Pretty much we are going to buy equipment for Valleys and etc.
We plan to have the company up and running by the end of the year. Most High rises have their budget running from January to December, so plan to be ready by January 2016. At this point in time we would have already placed bids and acquired all the resources needed to provide our services
