The general goal of dialogue is to develop deeper understanding and
knowledge of a rather loosely defined subject. In this case, the subject is
leadership and the value it creates in organizations.
Dialogue requires that:
All participants must "suspend" their assumptions,
All participants must regard one another as colleagues, and
There must be a facilitator who "holds the context" of the Dialogue.
We will endeavor to abide by these requirements and one additional one:
that there be active participation by all class members.
