-a new business, created from scratch
-maximum initial team capital from team members is $500,000
-company must have at least one international dimension, that is raw materials, manufacture, sales and service, marketing and sales
-legal address of the company must be in Canada
-nature of the business can be a product or service or both.
write a four page draft about this idea including title page, table of content and the SWOT analysis
