Employee Socialization and Retention ……it is interesting that you bring up culture….many times the new hire can “read” the culture of the organization at the very first face to face interview….even on a telephone screen interview. The organization gives away its way of behaving…often through the words and actions of the recruiter, colleagues during those first few days, and of course, the behaviors of the manager. Just walking into the work environment is a way to pick up the elements of the culture….
