The Reflection Paper should be a two to three page document, written with the same style settings as listed above. The student is to view the entire documentary, and then discuss the ethical dilemmas and challenges in union-management relations presented in the documentary. This is the ONLY assignment in which the student is encouraged to express his/her personal opinions. All other assignments require the student to read and apply certain rules that are relevant to an individual case. In this written assignment, I will look for the student’s ability to connect personally with what they perceived in the video, and to express their viewpoints clearly and professionally. It will be graded using the rubric for the American Dream Reflection Paper.
