Your project is well on its way. During a staff meeting, a question came up about the fiduciary responsibilities as they effect the project and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. You are surprised that SOX could have an impact or effect on your particular project. Determine fiduciary responsibility and its effect on a re-carpeting project. Your analysis should include factors that determine final results, management reserve, the To-Complete Performance Index, steps to implementing earned value and your fiduciary responsibility and compliance. Conclude how fiduciary responsibility will be monitored during the project lifecycle.
Support your paper with a minimum of three (3) external resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
