Assignment 1 -Instructional System Design Model (Human Resource Management)
Connect with a colleague in your human resources department (or at another company if you prefer) to discuss the organization’s approach to training and development. Answer the following questions:
- To what extent is the ISD Model of training and development followed?
- What aspects of the model are adequately executed and which ones are not?
- Why are some of the stages not adhered to?
- What are the individual and organizational impacts when the ISD Model is not fully executed?
- Based on what you have learned, what advice would you give the human resources department about its training and development programs?
