Topic: Creating a database/logging system for Release of Information requests for a facility that doesn’t have any type of system
Sections of the Formal Paper:
-INTRODUCTION to the problem and statement of thesis (MISSING THESIS WILL RESULT IN A FAILING GRADE ON THE ASSIGNMENT!)
-Background of the issue or history of the problem
-Situation as it exists today or extent of the problem
-You must gather data (i.e. facts)
-The Research project may require an element of data collection, analysis, synthesis and evaluation of the data collected and the use of spreadsheets and graphs showing the data converted or transformed into information.
-Acknowledgment of the opposing side of issue/fairly analyzing arguments/conceding points – be fair
-Specific support for your position as well as defusing opposing arguments with varied accurate, up to date support (persuade with facts)
-Conclusion: restatement of thesis and summary of main points
-At least 4 FULL pages but not more than 8 pages of text (excluding title and reference pages, graphics)
-APA format
-Times New Roman 12 point font
-1″ margins
-Incorporation of at least 4 reputable sources or scholarly works
-No spelling, punctuation or usage errors
