As a warehouse/distribution center manager, it is important to understand what your major areas of operation are. In addition, it is important to know what data is important for each of these areas. Data gathering on a consistent basis is critical to the overall success of a warehouse/distribution center. It is just as important to be able to understand what the data is telling you. Please discuss what critical data must be gathered, recorded and analyzed within a warehouse and distribution facility and why do you think it is important. Please explain
