Read the Ethical Dilemma “Should We Go Beyond the Law?” at the end of Chapter 4. Review the six criteria for ethical decision-making approaches in the chapter.
Discuss which of the six approaches Nathan could or should use. In your discussion be sure to:
- List one of the 6 approaches
- Explain why you chose this approach
- Discuss the three “What Would You Do?” statements at the end of the story, and explain the one that you think is best for Nathan.
