Although it is against the law, discrimination is rampant. The owner of your establishment wants you to hire only women for the front of the house and only men for the back of the house. You strongly object (or not) to this policy. Why, or why not?
For this assignment you must answer the following questions:
- How would you circumvent (or support) your employer?
- Is there an inherent difference between male and female workers? Why or why not? Please explain.
