Week 6 discussion

This week we are studying metabolism, energy balance and
weight management. Respond to the
questions below and respond to at least 2 of your fellow classmates. Read and review all links in the Learning
Resources, including the “basics of metabolism” link.

Look back at your first food diary results, how did your
results compare to recommendations for someone your gender/age/activity level,
etc. Write a short paragraph responding
to your results for calories, carb, protein and fat intake.

List your 3 main physical activities and how many calories
you burn while doing those activities.
You can use SuperTracker or another online app.
