Organizational Productivity

For this discussion, choose one of the HR topics presented in the unit readings to apply to an organization with which you are familiar; potential topics include job design, interview items, personnel selection methods, or performance management. Once you have selected your HR topic and organization, respond to the following:
- Discuss the topic’s impact on policies, procedures, and practices in regards to organizational productivity.
- Note: You are free to define organizational productivity as you wish.
- Is there a well-defined strategy in place?
