went 1 level lower in my work breakdown structure (WBS). The issue I had is that the WBS ended up
being at a level where items remained outstanding for weeks because the Project Team was waiting on
information from other people. The sponsor did not like reporting on the same items week after week,
so now my WBS is 1 level lower in order to close out activities once we complete our responsibility and
then update the resource column on the project plan to list who is now responsible. Db2. Suppose you have graduated from an University with your degree and you have
