Identify and critique potential change management initiatives that you would consider implementing within any organization of your choosing. This could be your current place of employment or a desire for future career endeavors. Consider yourself the senior executive and primary change agent for the organization. The paper should illustrate a structure and focus that logically allows the change agent to develop, implement, and measure the change process.
It paper must:
- 1. Evaluate the importance of change to remain competitive and how you would initiate the change. What changes would you work to implement?
- 2. Identify any change barriers you may encounter for your organization and how you would mitigate those.
- 3. Outline your plan to implement the necessary changes you have identified and what measures you would take to determine the plan’s effectiveness.
Support your paper with minimum of seven (7) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
Length: 12-15 pages not including title and reference pages.
