external recruitment methods used for the occupational groups represented in
cell phone industry, pharaceutical, and municipal government. What similarities

staffing needs. Incorporate the relevant findings from Week 2 related to the

Identify and analyze some of the specific career development

industry. Discuss how these initiatives impact or relate to the recruitment
approaches observed across these industries.

Explore in each industry one or more EOCs noted for their
specific approach to internal and external recruitment. Compare and contrast
the recruitment policies and programs across each of the EOCs in these three
industries. Would these noted programs extend to all organizations within the
industry? Why, or why not?
