Describe in a narrative style the flow of information in
your company on the following:
a. Describe how information travels up, down, and across
your organization and how it relates to the communications model.
b. Explain the five levels and functions of the
communications hierarchy. Describe your organization’s communication hierarchy
(who may or may not talk to whom).
c. Describe the three most effective modes of communication
in your organization.
d. List at least three potential barriers to effective
communications that exist in your company.
